Qualifications

• 5+ years in value engineering, strategy consulting, or equivalent roles.
• Experience driving customer engagements and cross-functional work.
• Strong ability to reason with quantitative analysis.
• Excellent communication; translate technical concepts into insights.
• Hands-on deal/sales experience with enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business value architect for strategic deals within a sales territory.
• Lead value-focused engagements and align with senior sales leaders and teams.
• Embed value narratives into deal strategy to drive ARR growth.
• Engage CFO-ready business cases (TCO, ROI, NPV, IRR).
• Lead value discovery and model future-state AI-native architectures.
