Job summary

Parloa, a leader in enterprise AI for customer experience, seeks a Senior Value Consultant who owns the financial narrative behind multi-million dollar deals. You will architect CFO-grade business cases and quantify the economic impact of adopting Parloa.

In this strategic, client-facing role, you collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to translate AI capabilities into measurable outcomes and to drive value-led decisions across the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of value consulting, value engineering, or commercial advisory in enterprise B2B SaaS or software.
• Proven ROI models and business cases that influenced $1M+ enterprise deals with finance/procurement.
• Strong financial modeling (NPV, IRR, TCO, payback) and ability to defend assumptions in exec talks.
• Autonomous, ownership-minded, with collaboration across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and GTM teams.
• Hands-on, build models from first principles rather than templates.

Responsibilities

• Own value engineering across the full sales lifecycle from framing to post-live validation.
• Build CFO-grade ROI models quantifying impact on cost, productivity, revenue, and CX.
• Lead executive value discovery sessions translating priorities into quantified outcomes.
• Partner with Account Executives on strategic deals, shaping value narratives and pricing.
• Develop standardized value frameworks and tooling to enable value-led selling.
• Translate financial analysis into clear executive narratives for CFOs/CIOs.
• Drive post-sale value realization and support expansion with demonstrated impact.
• Capture field learnings into scalable GTM playbooks and benchmarks.
