Job summary

BigPanda is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Finance to lead company-wide financial planning, investor relations, and board reporting as we scale from SaaS to AI-native growth.

You will build advanced SaaS and AI financial models, guide capital planning, and partner with GTM, Product, and R&D to drive KPI infrastructure and automation, while communicating strategic narratives to executives and investors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience spanning corporate FP&A and finance business partnering, with exposure to investor relations and board reporting.
• Experience in SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV) and AI/consumption-based revenue models.
• Proven fundraising and/or M&A experience and ability to translate financial data into strategic narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated SaaS and AI business models, including ARR and margins.
• Oversee cashflow forecasting, capital planning, and liquidity management.
