Job summary

BigPanda is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team. This customer-facing, hands-on role guides enterprise customers to design, implement, and realize value from the BigPanda platform.

You will own engagements end to end—from discovery to go-live—designing workflows, building integrations, and mentoring other solutions architects, all while working in a remote-friendly environment across USA time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-sales technical architecture, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, ITSM, incident response, and data schemas.
• Proven enterprise implementation experience across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Hands-on coding with Python or Node.js for integrations and tooling.
• Strong architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation skills.
• Excellent consultative communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Interest in improving team practices through reusable assets or process development.

Responsibilities

• Own customer engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and go-live.
• Design and implement BigPanda solutions across workflows, data design, and production rollouts.
• Partner with customer technical stakeholders to translate requirements into designs and roadmaps.
• Build integrations, transforms, and tooling, including scripts and automations.
• Troubleshoot risks and resolve complex requirements, escalating when needed.
• Contribute to playbooks, patterns, and mentor newer Solutions Architects.
