Job summary

LucyRx is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Underwriting & Analytics to lead underwriting development and analytics for pharmacy benefit programs. You will work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and clinical teams to align underwriting strategies with profitability and competitive pricing.

The role requires a strong foundation in pharmacy benefits, data analysis, and risk management, with remote-first work from the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of underwriting, analytics, or related experience in healthcare/insurance.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit management and the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Implement and perform underwriting process for pharmacy benefit programs, including pricing strategies and risk assessment.
• Implement underwriting guidelines and procedures for consistency and accuracy.
• Evaluate complex underwriting models and identify market trends and opportunities.
