Job summary

Lucet is seeking a Sr Analyst, Healthcare Data to serve as a business consultant, delivering reports and analyses to support clinical and operational performance. The role focuses on Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment (HCC), claims data, and chart review support.

You will translate questions into analytic plans, construct datasets, perform analyses, and present findings to stakeholders, collaborating with clinical strategy and operations teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role at a healthcare payer or provider organization.
• Familiar with regression, propensity matching, and ANOVA.
• Proficient in SQL, SAS; experience with Python or R; data visualization with Tableau/PowerBI.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouses and claims data.
• Ability to present to internal and external customers.
• Strong arithmetic and spreadsheet reporting skills.
• Ability to pass background check during hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for Medicare Advantage and commercial risk adjustment programs.
• Measure and monitor risk adjustment program performance to improve documentation and outcomes.
• Partner with clinical strategy and operations to define cohorts and dashboards.
• Evaluate contracts and initiatives to support data-driven decisions.
