Job summary

LucyRx is seeking a Senior Director, Transformation Data Analytics Modernization to design and execute a two-year migration of 1,000+ customers to a new pricing and operating model. You will drive cross-functional alignment across pricing architecture, contracting, network strategy, and rebates, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

This role demands strong change management, governance, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical programs.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in PBM/healthcare strategy leadership.
• Deep expertise in network management, pricing, contracting.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong MAC management, U&C methodologies, and retail contracting knowledge.
• Experience with URAC accreditation and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern the multi-category FMV pricing model.
• Lead two-year customer migration and contract rationalization.
• Align network, retail, and specialty strategy with the new model.
• Ensure operational readiness, data integrity, and reporting.
• Define Care Guides integration and service delivery workflows.
• Sponsor transformation and report progress to CFO/CEO/Board.
