Job summary

LucyRx, a remote-first PBM innovator in the United States, is seeking an Account Executive to grow a portfolio of clients and promote our services. You will drive strategy, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with clinical, client services, and operations teams to deliver results.

The role demands 3+ years in account management, strong communication, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to travel and to work across multiple departments is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an account manager or account executive
• Strong account management, project management, sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation skills to all levels of employees
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal partners
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry
• Understanding of healthcare and insurance industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to travel frequently including overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of client strategy in collaboration with clinical, client services, and operations teams
• Build and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships at all levels via timely and effective communication
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop and deliver quarterly and annual client reporting packages
• Identify and present benefit design and up-sell opportunities
• Drive client renewals through collaborative ongoing client strategy
• Own contracting processes including negotiations and compliance to terms
• Assist with onboarding and implementing new business for cohesive client experience
• Support business development by sharing market needs with stakeholders
• Participate in RFP processes as assigned
• Resolve escalated client issues with Client Experience Team
