Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to contribute to the design and delivery of Transportation Projects. This position offers the option for fully remote work or a hybrid arrangement based in Fairfax, VA.

You will lead and support technical design on alternative delivery transportation projects and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create innovative solutions. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of experience in infrastructure

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design.
• Active PE license in VA or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support technical design on transportation projects.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for design solutions.
• Serve as a technical liaison between teams and clients.
• Develop and review plans and design reports using ORD.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality control.
