Circle seeks an experienced transactional attorney to lead complex M&A and strategic transactions within its Transactions team. The role spans corporate development, ventures, and financial partnerships, with a focus on structuring, due diligence, and definitive agreements.

You will independently drive deals through signing and closing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency while maintaining rigorous legal judgment and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of transactional legal experience in leading firms or in-house.
• Substantial experience with M&A and other corporate transactions, including structuring, diligence, and negotiations.
• Familiarity with and practical use of generative AI in legal workflows; ability to validate AI outputs and protect privilege.

Responsabilités

• Lead mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, asset purchases, and other strategic transactions from inception to closing.
• Advise on joint ventures, minority investments, strategic partnerships with equity components, and complex term sheets.
• Develop and expand templates, playbooks, and tools to increase speed and accuracy across recurring transactions.
