Job summary

Luminare Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle telephonic, written and electronic inquiries from employees, members and providers in a high-volume call center. This 100% remote role requires US residency, completion of a 4–6 week paid training, and rotating weekend shifts.

Pay ranges from $20.00–$22.00 per hour with potential annual bonus. Training is CST hours; after, hours CST 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• At least a High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and document actions accurately.
