Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–3 years in import/export regulations; 1–2 years in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience with import processes and EEI filings; CBP ACE familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Classify products under HTS and determine origin; maintain product databases.
• Coordinate import declarations and customs clearances with brokers.
• Review documentation for Section 301 tariffs, FDA, TSCA, and anti-dumping duties.
• Monitor transactions, EEI filings, and regulatory recordkeeping.
• Support FTAs, duty drawback, cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain and improve compliance policies and work instructions.
• Identify training needs and deliver training to internal teams.
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. trade regulations and policies.
