Job summary

Highwire seeks a Senior Manager, People Operations to lead payroll, benefits and analytics for a multistate workforce. You will own Rippling configurations, tax compliance and health and retirement programs while partnering with Finance and HR.

This role emphasizes data-driven insights and scalable processes to support growth. You will design and communicate benefits programs, manage vendor relationships and drive payroll accuracy, controls, and reporting for senior leaders and employees across

Qualifications

• Progressive multistate payroll, payroll tax and benefits experience.
• Experience with leave administration and HR systems.
• Strong analytics capability and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end multistate payroll for a multistate workforce with compliance.
• Administer Rippling configuration, tax setup and reporting.
• Lead payroll tax, filings, notices and year-end processing.
• Manage benefits design, renewals and communication strategies.
• Own 401(k) administration and annual audits.
• Oversee leave-of-absence administration and communications.
• Develop workforce analytics and executive-ready insights.
• Ensure data governance and system integrations across payroll and benefits.
