Syndio is seeking a Senior Domain Expert (Total Rewards) to lead and scale compensation expertise across our Applied Pay Intelligence platform. You will own content areas like job architecture, market data integration, and pay range design, guiding product and AI teams to embed best practices into decisions and offers.

This is a senior individual contributor role with client-facing impact. You’ll translate complex analytics into practical guidance for customers, product teams, and executives,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on total rewards, compensation, or organizational design work.
• Deep facility with compensation practice: leveling frameworks, benchmarking methodology, salary structure design, offer construction, geographic differentials.

Responsabilités

• Own an area of Syndio's compensation content and product surface.
• Build scalable 1:many resources for the customer base.
• Partner with Product to embed compensation practice into Decisions and Essentials.
• Translate analytics into product requirements and support design and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with data science and development teams to improve product outcomes for total rewards customers.
