Job summary

Syndigo seeks a Senior Total Rewards Partner to oversee strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards across Europe and India. You will lead benefits, leave administration, and compensation programs, partnering with HRBPs and leaders to drive competitive, compliant, and employee-centric rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Total Rewards experience, including global benefits and compensation program management.
• 2+ years supporting benefits across multiple European countries.
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience coaching and mentoring stakeholders in Total Rewards.
• Strong knowledge of compensation concepts, including pay structures, job evaluation, bonus programs, and annual pay cycles.
• Ability to partner with HRBPs, TA partners, and business leaders with professionalism and credibility.
• Confidence dealing with senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, translating complex programs clearly.
• Strong analytic skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage benefits programs in assigned regions including administration and renewals.
• Coordinate leave program administration across regions ensuring compliance.
• Lead compensation processes including merit planning and market adjustments.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to support rewards decisions and governance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations including EU Pay Transparency.
