Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on quantitative work in labor economics, statistics, econometrics, industrial-organizational psychology, or a directly related field, applied to compensation, workforce, or pay equity questions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a squad as a senior individual contributor and own a domain of Syndio's methodology.
• Present and defend pay equity methodology to enterprise customers (HR, compensation, legal, executives).
• Translate quantitative analytics into product requirements and partner with data science and development teams.
• Embed methodology into Decisions and Essentials and ensure edge cases are addressed.
• Help customers through complex scenarios with robust statistical reasoning.
