Ideal candidates have 7+ years of title exam and title searching experience, knowledge of legal terms, and strong communication skills. You will mentor colleagues, assist on special projects, and interact with clients while upholding First American's

Qualifications

• 7+ years of title exam and title searching experience.
• Knowledge of legal terms used in title documents.
• Commercial real estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Examine chain of title for condominium projects and individual interests.
• Perform title examinations of complex orders requiring a high level of title expertise.
• Abstract and analyzes records to verify legal descriptions and restrictions.
• Writes title products per guidelines.
• Provides underwriting interpretation within established guidelines.
• Mentor teammates and supervise special projects as needed.
• Interact with clients/customers.
