Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• License/Certification such as CPCU or CIC preferred.
• Seven years of progressive underwriting and sales experience in commercial business preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial underwriting, pricing and coverage for middle market business.

Responsibilities

• Markets Nationwide products to drive agency and company results.
• Underwrites and quotes policies for complex or service sensitive accounts.
• Manages a significant workload using company tools and systems.
• Leads agency business planning with detailed performance plans and checkpoints.
• Maintains strong relationships with agency leaders and producers.
• Drives territory profitability and pipeline management.
