This position supports national and international teams, requiring strong data skills (SQL, Python, R) and the ability to translate complex metrics into actionable business cases.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer), Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 6+ years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure analysis, planning, or operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (SQL, Python, R, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Analyze the performance, capacity, and reliability of existing telecom infrastructure across fixed-line, mobile, and data networks.
• Develop capacity planning models to forecast future network requirements and identify bottlenecks.
• Research emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic planning.
• Evaluate cost-effectiveness and ROI of upgrades and deployments.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on infrastructure performance and risks for senior management.
• Collaborate with network engineering, operations, and finance to align infrastructure strategies with business goals.
