Job summary

RW Thrive seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead major technology and software initiatives, translating strategy into measurable results. You will establish delivery excellence across programs, provide portfolio visibility, and partner with leadership, internal teams, and vendors to drive accountability and progress.

You will spearhead governance, manage release-readiness, and maintain evidence-based reporting using SQL, BI tools, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience managing complex technology, software delivery, or enterprise programs.
• Experience building and maintaining action registers, backlogs, and integrated schedules.
• Proven ability to run release-readiness and stage-gate processes with documented exit criteria.
• Experience reporting program status, risks, dependencies, and delivery confidence to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into executable program plans with owners, milestones, and target dates.
• Build and manage integrated delivery schedules across multiple concurrent programs.
• Maintain the action register as the single source of truth for commitments.
• Establish and lead delivery governance cadence, monitor progress, and escalate risks as needed.
• Define and manage release gates with clear criteria and accountable decision-makers.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight of priorities, dependencies, and risks to support leadership decisions.
• Evaluate resource capacity and adjust allocations to meet delivery commitments.
