Job summary

RW Thrive is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive tech and software initiatives across multiple concurrent programs. You will translate strategic priorities into executable plans, maintain delivery schedules, manage the action register, and lead governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will supervise PM resources and coordinate launches, using SQL/BI data to inform leadership decisions. The role is remote from the United States, with occasional visits to headquarters as needed.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience managing complex technology, software delivery, or enterprise programs.
• Experience running action registers, backlogs, and integrated schedules.
• Experience reporting program status, risks, and delivery confidence to senior leadership.
• Proficiency with SQL or strong spreadsheet and BI skills for data analysis.
• Expertise in software delivery, program management, portfolio oversight, and driving initiatives from planning through release.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities using data-driven insights.
• Experience in education technology, healthcare simulation, or another regulated delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into executable program plans with defined owners and milestones.
• Build and manage integrated delivery schedules across concurrent programs.
• Own the action register as the single source of truth for commitments and due dates.
• Establish a consistent delivery governance cadence and escalate exceptions or risks.
• Define and manage release, gate, and delivery milestones with clear criteria.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight of priorities, dependencies, and risks for leadership decisions.
• Assess capacity across internal teams and external vendors to support delivery commitments.
• Establish and maintain program management standards, tools, and reporting practices.
• Provide functional leadership to project and program management resources.
• Coordinate launch, release-readiness, and go-live activities with dependencies.
• Develop evidence-based reporting using SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools to validate status.
