RW Thrive is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as the connective force behind major technology and software initiatives. You will establish delivery excellence, provide portfolio visibility, and partner with leadership, internal teams, and external vendors to drive accountability and progress.

You will lead governance, manage multi-program schedules, and ensure release-readiness across initiatives while guiding teams through complex decisions.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in technology/software delivery or enterprise programs with multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Experience managing action registers/backlogs and integrated schedules.
• Experience running release-readiness or stage-gate processes with exit criteria.
• Ability to report program status, risks, dependencies, and delivery confidence to senior leadership.
• Proficiency with SQL or BI tools to analyze program data.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into executable program plans with defined owners, milestones, and due dates.
• Build and manage integrated delivery schedules across multiple programs.
• Own and maintain the action register as the single source of truth for commitments.
• Lead delivery governance cadence, monitor progress, and escalate risks as needed.
• Define and manage release, decision, and delivery gates with clear criteria and ownership.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight of priorities, dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.
• Ensure consistent program management standards, processes, and reporting practices across programs.
• Provide functional leadership to PM resources to promote consistent execution.
• Coordinate launch, release-readiness, and go-live activities with dependencies under control.
