Job summary

RW Thrive, the parent of Realityworks and related entities, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to align technology and software initiatives with strategy and measurable results. The role focuses on delivering across programs, maintaining governance, and partnering with leadership, internal teams, and external vendors to drive accountability.

The position offers remote work with occasional visits to headquarters and requires residency in eligible states.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience managing complex technology or enterprise programs.
• Experience managing action registers, backlogs, and integrated schedules.
• Experience running release-readiness, stage-gate, or similar decision processes.
• Experience reporting program status, risks, dependencies, and delivery confidence to senior leadership.
• Proficiency with SQL or strong BI skills to analyze program data.
• Expertise in software delivery, program management, and driving complex initiatives from planning through release.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities using data-driven insights.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into executable program plans with defined owners and milestones.
• Build and manage integrated delivery schedules across multiple programs.
• Own and maintain the action register as the single source of truth for commitments.
• Establish and lead delivery governance cadence, monitor progress, and escalate risks.
• Define and manage release gates with clear criteria and accountable decision-makers.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight of priorities, risks, and resources.
• Evaluate resource capacity across internal teams and external vendors.
• Establish and maintain standard program management practices and reporting.
• Provide functional leadership to project and program management resources.
• Coordinate launch, release-readiness, and go-live activities.
