Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Proven leadership and project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware and software aspects of Brain Corp’s fleet of robots.
• Monitor deployed fleet remotely to identify and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead critical projects within Tech Support.
• Serve as SME for customers and OEMs, addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Lead customer meetings and coordinate with Account Management to address concerns.
