Job summary
Brain Corp, a San Diego-based AI robotics company, seeks a Technical Support Engineer IV to ensure optimal performance of its robot fleet. You will troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, monitor systems remotely, and serve as a liaison between customers and engineering.
The role also involves mentoring junior staff and leading critical projects. Ideal candidates have a strong background in Linux, SQL, data dashboards (Tableau/Grafana/PowerBI), and cross-functional collaboration with
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM field.
- 6+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
- Experience leading projects with measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Support hardware and software aspects of Brain Corp’s fleet of robots.
- Proactively monitor deployed fleet remotely and identify issues.
- Perform independent technical troubleshooting and implement resolutions.
- Develop expertise in Brain Corp’s robotics systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Act as SME for customers and OEMs and lead customer meetings.
- Collaborate with Account Management to resolve end-user issues.
- Lead internal or external customer initiatives and track actions.
- Provide training and enablement to OEM/customer when needed.
