Job summary
Brain Corp, a San Diego-based AI company powering the BrainOS Robotics Platform, seeks a Technical Support Engineer IV to ensure optimal robot performance in real-world settings. This remote‑within‑US role involves proactive monitoring, data analysis, and SME support for customers and OEMs.
You will troubleshoot hardware and software, lead service conversations, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM related field
- 6+ years of experience in a technical or customer-facing role
- Experience leading projects delivering favorable outcomes to stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
Responsibilities
- Support hardware and software for Brain Corp’s robot fleet
- Monitor deployed robots remotely and solve issues
- Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and implement resolutions
- Develop expertise in Brain Corp’s systems, including hardware, software, navigation kits, and cloud infra
- Lead customer meetings and act as SME for customers and OEMs
