Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience configuring/managing MSSQL Server and Windows Server.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex systems.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support complex hardware and software systems in public safety environments.
• Troubleshoot system-level software, networking and third-party components to restore services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate incident status with professionalism.
