Job summary

Zoom is seeking a hands-on technical leader to own the technical SEO foundation across a multi-platform web ecosystem, including Optimizely CMS, WordPress, and modern frontend frameworks. You will drive high-impact implementations, automation, and engineering standards that improve organic visibility and revenue.

You will partner with SEO, Website Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to translate strategy into scalable, production-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical SEO, web engineering, or a related discipline and leadership in large-scale web environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS to diagnose and implement fixes in codebases and CMS.
• Experience with Optimizely and WordPress; ability to deploy SEO capabilities across multiple sites without heavy sprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical SEO roadmap and execution across Zoom's global web ecosystem.
• Translate SEO requirements into technical designs and production implementations across CMS and frontend frameworks.
• Develop automated testing, monitoring, and CI/CD quality gates to prevent regressions in production.
