Qualifications

8+ years in technical SEO or web engineering, with leadership experience on large-scale sites
Hands-on with JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS in codebase and CMS contexts
Proven impact on web performance and Core Web Vitals
Experience deploying SEO capabilities across Optimizely and WordPress, with templated, scalable solutions
Strong collaboration and communication to influence architecture and governance

Responsibilities

Lead the technical SEO roadmap across Zoom's global web ecosystem
Translate SEO and AEO requirements into technical designs and implementations
Own crawlability, indexation, canonicalization, redirects, and rendering strategies
Build reusable SEO capabilities and automation to scale across platforms
Drive Core Web Vitals and performance improvements across sites
Establish technical SEO standards and governance across CMS and custom apps
