Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, IT, cybersecurity).
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Owns fullcycle recruiting for assigned highly specialized technical roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Utilizes sourcing strategies and tools to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
• Builds consultative partnerships with hiring managers to understand current and future needs.
• Defines role requirements, opens requisitions, and develops competitive offers.
• Pipelines qualified candidates using databases, networks, referrals, and external resources.
• Engages candidates throughout the hiring process with timely updates.
