Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for various roles.
• Conduct intake conversations with hiring leaders.
• Implement sourcing strategies for high-demand talent pools.
• Enhance candidate experience aligned with JD Power standards.
• Maintain data accuracy in Workday Recruiting.
• Coach hiring managers in predictive interviewing techniques.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in TA.

Skills

Full-cycle recruiting experience

Experience recruiting across North America and Europe

Sourcing and closing mid-to-senior level talent

Workday Recruiting or equivalent experience

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter

Strong business partnership and stakeholder management skills

Data literacy
