Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned highly specialized technical roles from intake through offer acceptance.
• Utilizes ATS, internal databases, and market insights to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
• Builds consultative partnerships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs aligned to business priorities.
• Partners with hiring managers to define role requirements, open requisitions, and develop competitive compensation and offer strategies.
• Proactively sources and pipelines qualified candidates using databases, professional networks, internet sourcing, referrals, direct outreach, and external recruiting resources.
• Engages and communicates with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates on opportunities, status, and next steps.
