Job summary
RemoteFetch seeks a Senior Project Manager / Technical Product Manager to own wheel loader and skid steer product definition for North America and Europe. Based at our R&D HQ, you will guide cross-functional teams from concept to mass production, ensuring regulatory compliance (EPA Tier 4 Final, EU Stage V) and field performance.

Qualifications
- Min. 8 years hands-on experience in wheel loader or skid steer R&D/technical project management.
- Deep understanding of NA and/or European markets and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record leading full development cycles from concept to mass production.
Responsibilities
- Actively guide R&D programs for wheel loaders and skid steer loaders for NA/Europe.
- Define and finalize product specs (performance, hydraulic, structure, ergonomics, UI/UX, materials, emissions).
- Provide technical recommendations from industry experience in US/EU markets.
- Lead cross-functional teams through concept, design, prototyping, validation, and SOP.
- Ensure EPA Tier 4 Final, EU Stage V, OSHA and other standards compliance from the start.
- Review and approve drawings, DFMEA, DVP&R, and validation plans.
