Job summary

Jungheinrich Lift Truck in North America seeks a Senior Product Engineer to drive integration, testing, and ongoing development of assistance systems for the NA market. You will collaborate with engineering, product development, service teams and customers to ensure successful implementation and performance across our lift truck portfolio.

The role requires hands‑on technical capability, experience with industrial lift trucks, and the ability to coordinate field tests and drive product

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or related field.
Strong background in engineering, product integration, testing or technical support.
Experience with industrial lift trucks, preferably Jungheinrich products for NA market.
Familiar with system commissioning, diagnostics, troubleshooting and testing.
Knowledge of NA regulatory requirements for industrial lift trucks.

Responsibilities

Lead integration, implementation, testing, and ongoing support of assistance systems.
Coordinate engineering activities for product development, feature testing, and troubleshooting.
Serve as primary technical contact for complex field issues, providing Level 3 support.
Plan and execute field tests, system validations, and proofs‑of‑concept activities.
Perform commissioning, configuration, software updates, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
Analyze errors and performance data to identify root causes and solutions.
Collaborate with teams to evaluate issues and support continuous product improvement.
Provide technical consultation and ongoing support across the product lifecycle.
Support integration of new features into lift trucks for NA market.
