Job summary

Antavo seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic US-based customers, ensuring long-term success, platform stability, and scalable adoption after go-live.

You will discuss integrations, APIs, data flows, configurations, and release impacts with technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging customers with internal teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building relationships with senior technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strong ability to balance technical depth with strategic engagement.
• Experience as trusted advisor for enterprise customers in complex SaaS.
• Lead strategic discussions on scalability, governance, and platform evolution.
• Senior customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS (e.g., TAM, TCS, Solutions Engineer).
• Experience with integrations, APIs, data flows, and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strategic technical relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including Engineering leadership and executives.
• Act as executive-level technical advisor for assigned strategic customers.
• Lead discussions on scalability, architecture evolution, and platform strategy.
• Represent Antavo in high-impact technical discussions and governance.
• Provide strategic guidance across customer teams and internal departments.
• Bridge customers and internal teams to ensure documented ownership and follow-through.
• Support customers through upgrades, feature adoption, and releases.
