Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a seasoned recruiter to attract, source, and acquire top talent across multiple Truist Wholesale lines of business, including Commercial & Middle Market Banking, Treasury Payments, Truist Wealth, Credit Delivery, and Truist Asset Finance. This is an in-office role based in Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with senior leaders, drive candidate experience, and contribute to workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Ability to clearly articulate the organization's value proposition, mission, values, and strategic competitive advantages.
• Practical knowledge of recruiting processes, risk, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Acquires skilled labor through coordinating full-cycle recruiting processes, including candidate sourcing and talent evaluations under limited supervision.
• Conducts talent screenings, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fit and quality.
• Coordinates job advertising and posting efforts internally, externally, and with third-party recruiting agencies.
• Builds and maintains talent pools and communities through internet mining and database management.
• Supports talent staffing and workforce planning initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provides guidance, coaching, and training to junior teammates within the talent acquisition function.
• Interfaces with leaders and stakeholders to provide industry, market, and peer group insights to enhance the organization’s talent strategy and initiatives and plan for future talent needs.
• Partners and communicates with teammates within and outside of own job area to hire and retain top talent.
• Organizes and participates in employment fairs and campus recruiting events to prospect talent.
• Makes adjustments or recommends improvements to recruitment processes to enhance recruiting effectiveness and achieve operational targets with a significant impact on the job area results.
