Cribl is seeking Technical Support Engineers to ensure customer success by providing enterprise-level support to our customers and partners. We are a remote-first company with a mission to unlock the value of all observability data, serving large enterprises with real-time data control and observability.

You will join a highly technical team, develop in-depth knowledge of Cribl Stream, and assist customers via Slack, email, and meetings.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience supporting enterprise customers or working hands-on with distributed systems.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Expert-level troubleshooting, problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Experience with Linux, AWS, Azure, and Networking.
• Regex and JavaScript experience is a Plus

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and other products.
• Provide extraordinary technical support to Enterprise customers across Slack, email, online meetings, etc.
