Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience supporting distributed Big-Data solutions.
- 2+ years experience with Cribl Products.
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
Responsibilities
- Deep technical understanding of Cribl Products.
- Provide extraordinary technical support to Enterprise customers across channels (Slack, Email, online meetings).
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Document and share knowledge inside and outside the company via Slack, Cribl Curious, and team share sessions.
