Stage 4 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer for Aerospace & National Security in a remote, US-based role. This 12-month contract focuses on proactively sourcing security-cleared talent and managing high-volume requisitions in a compliance-driven environment.

The role requires US citizenship, 6+ years of sourcing experience, and a strong tech/cleared candidate background. W-2 with health benefits and 401K available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience with highly cleared national security sourcing.
• 5+ years of corporate sourcing; Aerospace/Tech background preferred.
• Tech background strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Experience hiring highly technical and highly cleared candidates quickly.
• Experience managing very high req loads.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Source and build pipelines of highly technical, security-cleared talent for aerospace and national security roles.
• Manage high-volume requisitions in a compliance-driven environment.
• Engage with clients and drive recruitment processes end-to-end.
• Collaborate on security clearance considerations affecting recruiting.
• Leverage Eightfold/SAP in recruitment workflows.
