Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting in aerospace, defense, or engineering-driven industries.
Proven success sourcing for niche, hard-to-fill technical roles.
Strong understanding of aerospace and defense roles (systems engineering, avionics, RF, software, manufacturing).
Familiarity with U.S. security clearances and related hiring considerations.

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles across aerospace domains.
