Senior Technical Sourcer Aerospace & National Security (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer Aerospace & National Security for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will Proactively source and build pipelines of highly technical, security-cleared talent for aerospace and national security roles, managing high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, this is an Remote role in US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

• We're looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer accomplished in full life cycle recruiting from exceptional sourcing and negotiating skills through expert client engagement and management.
• You need an understanding of what it means to be in a compliance-driven environment and how security clearances can affect the recruiting game. You will push the boundaries of space by pushing the boundaries of talent acquisition.
• Depth of understanding on how, when and why to execute in a high demand, technically dominant environment is a must, along with the professional business acumen to navigate a sophisticated and complex environment.
• Experience with Eightfold/SAP highly preferred

Requirements
