General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Manager to own the delivery posture across the AOUSC CMM program.

You will oversee four call orders, manage dependencies, and drive the program toward contractual commitments in a complex SAFe environment with multiple vendors and stakeholders. The role demands extensive experience in government contracting, risk management, and executive communication, with the ability to obtain necessary clearances.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in government contracting or heavily regulated environments.
• Hands-on risk and dependency management with active resolution and escalation.
• Experience operating in multi-vendor delivery environments with accountability for integrated outcomes.
• Proficiency with Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks at scale (PI planning, sprint cadences, cross-team synchronization).

Responsibilities

• Own cross-call-order visibility across all four call orders and maintain a unified view of schedule, risk, dependencies, and delivery status.
• Drive risk and dependency management across programs.
• Identify cross-program risks and inter-team dependencies early and track them to drive resolution.
• Run program-level status and governance.
• Own the cadence: PI planning readiness, sprint health, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Build an operating rhythm to synchronize four parallel workstreams.
• Ensure contractual alignment and flag gaps before findings.
• Manage stakeholder communication and serve as the primary program interface for internal leadership and government stakeholders.
• Translate technical execution status into business impact for both audiences.
• Coordinate across vendors and teams.
• Work across GDIT delivery teams, cloud/DevSecOps contractor, and advisory contractor to track dependencies and ensure handoffs.
• Support capture and option year planning.
• Provide execution data and program health visibility.
