Qualifications
- Experience as a Technical Lead on large IT programs.
- Experience leading Agile teams and implementing DevSecOps practices.
- Proven expertise designing and managing CI/CD pipelines for enterprise apps.
- Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of federal IT security standards (NIST, 508) and FedRAMP.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and cross-functional engineering efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical leadership and oversight for the program and architecture.
- Guide cross-functional teams to follow the approved technical approach.
- Design and deploy modular services with API integration and reuse.
- Advance Agile delivery, DevSecOps practices, and automated testing.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS) for production.
- Mentor engineers and coordinate with government stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal IT standards and security guidelines.
