Job summary

You will guide senior leadership on pricing, compliance with FAR/DFARS, and negotiations, manage a multi-project portfolio, and ensure ethical procurement practices while mentoring a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; or 9+ years subcontracts administration experience.
• 5+ years of subcontracts administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and writing skills; coordinate multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR and DFARS rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract life-cycle activities including NDAs, TAs, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Provide SME guidance to senior leadership; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Perform cost and price analyses; ensure compliance with policy.
• Support proposals and subcontract negotiations.
• Monitor compliance with government regulations and ethics.
• Maintain current knowledge of subcontract procedures and practices.
• Forecast and manage subcontracts pipeline.
• Prepare status reports for senior leadership.
