Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company seeks a Program Engineering Manager to lead a diverse team of systems, mechanical, electrical, software, and test engineers. You will bridge engineering with upper management, guiding both technical and managerial directions for programs.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering, 8+ in leadership, and C5ISR/government contract experience, with travel ~10%. Expect collaboration with product managers and stakeholders to align technical objectives with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in engineering with broad technical background.
• 8+ years in leadership or managerial roles.
• Experience with C5ISR and government funded contracts.
• Familiar with MIL-STD-810, ISO, ASME and related standards.
• Knowledge of product development from concept to production.
• Experience with sensors and relevant engineering disciplines.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse engineering team across disciplines.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects within budgets.
• Provide technical direction and review designs and solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to set priorities.
• Improve engineering processes and methodologies continuously.
