Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• CPA designation active or previously achieved.
• 10+ years in corporate tax within public company or firm.
• 5+ years in people management leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global tax provision (ASC 740) for quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Oversee tax disclosures in SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) with accuracy and transparency.
• Manage ETR, and global deferred tax assets/liabilities.
• Drive tax forecasting and capital planning to optimize cash flow.
• Direct tax workstreams for CCAR and stress testing.
• Lead and develop a team of tax professionals (4 staff).
• Partner with Tax Planning on acquisitions/divestitures.
• Maintain SOX-compliant internal controls over income taxes.
