Job summary

RTX seeks a Learning Leader for Corporate and Enterprise Services to define and drive the talent strategy across Group Functions. You will own leadership development, succession planning, and executive readiness while partnering with the RTX L&D team to implement scalable enterprise solutions.

The role requires navigating complex, enterprise-wide programs, delivering data-driven insights, and influencing senior leaders to shape the workforce of the future. Travel is about 10% and US-based.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership experience in HR and talent management.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into talent initiatives.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent strategy for Group Functions: leadership development, succession planning, executive readiness, culture activation.
• Establish standardized talent processes, cadences for reviews, councils, and governance.
• Serve as voice to L&D COE; co-create enterprise solutions for selection, assessment, development, movement, performance, recognition, wellbeing.
• Advise executives on workforce planning, risk, bench strength, and culture initiatives; translate strategy into talent outcomes.
• Apply objective leadership assessments to inform development plans and calibrate readiness.
• Lead talent reviews and councils; identify high potential talent and ensure risk coverage for critical roles.
• Deliver executive presentations and recommendations on slating and transactions with data support.
• Act as internal talent broker; enable cross-organizational moves to grow capability and career velocity.
