Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for the Corporate Enterprise Services HR category in a hybrid role based in Farmington, CT or nearby RTX locations. You will develop HR sourcing strategies, manage negotiations, and drive cross-country supplier engagements across recruitment, learning, benefits, mobility, and compliance.

The role requires strong contract drafting, MTAs/MSAs, and collaboration with Legal and Finance to ensure budget alignment and compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in HR and services contracts; knowledge of software contracts is a plus
• Ability to work with all levels of management and cross-functional teams across regions

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and lead negotiations for HR contracts to ensure favorable terms aligned with RTX objectives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, aligning sourcing activity with strategic priorities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including requirements, market analysis, RFx, supplier evaluations, and awards.
• Manage partnerships supporting recruitment agencies and headhunters for global talent acquisition needs.
• Evaluate suppliers for learning and development programs and e-learning platforms.
• Oversee supplier relationships related to benefits administration and mobility services
