Responsibilities

• Lead core talent management activities and drive talent strategy with client groups.
• Coordinate talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives.
• Provide concierge talent support and act as a single point of contact for talent inquiries.
• Support organizational effectiveness tools and coaching for HRBPs.
• Travel up to 20%.
