Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Focus on top-of-funnel candidate activity for active roles and building pipelines.
• Actively source passive candidates via various methods.
• Conduct first-round screening calls to assess fit and potential future needs.
• Represent dentsu brand and values to candidates as an ambassador.
• Collaborate with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to set expectations and guide candidates through process.
• Provide market insights and talent pool updates to management.
